This is the repeated session for the Swarg Community Care center. Most of the participants were from old age groups suffering from sleep disorders and insomnia resulting out of the corona fear or personal causes. Others complained about anxious thoughts and emotional stress.

During the session, I had advised them to follow the tapping and acupressure techniques on a regular basis. Furthermore, I guided them on how to make time for these sessions in their daily routine. One of the best times to do it is before bed.

The logic behind it is, if we are calm and relaxed before going to bed then we can sleep better and wake up fresh! These therapies do not involve any medicinal intake and hence have no side-effects. I would emphasize on performing it on a rough day and experience the difference for yourself.
