What is EFT Tapping ?

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques practiced by Tapping fingertips on the meridian points of the body to send signals to the brain. This therapeutic method of emotional well being allows you to stimulate the energy system of your body.

Moreover, the Tapping techniques work as a healing therapy to endure your emotional forces and feel better. It is a process of repeated sessions conducted from hours to minutes. Moreover, it is a conscious practice to shift your emotional state from STRESS to RELIEF!


The image shows an intense sense of emotional energies like anger, fear, disgust, happiness, and many more. These are the fundamental life forces that decide how we think, speak, feel, move, and carry ourselves with mind and body.

By Tapping motions, we become self-aware to devote these energies and balance them across the body areas making us feel calm and better.

I discovered EFT a few years back and was surprised by the positive outcomes. I take this blog as a medium to share my experience and explore EFT benefits with you all.
